Because no one has really thrown any suggestions up here is what i am using and i am open to any tweaking.  Wonx and I have talked about getting a format down for the sake of uniformity across the board.  The basic need to know stuff for PC's and NPC's and if there is something you dont want known put unknown or ???.  

Name: The name duh!

Race: Don't be racist!

Class: What it be

Alignment: If a 3.5 one works better put an additional part in perentheses ie: (Neutral) Good or (Lawful) Evil, etc

Faction: Any organization that the character is affilated with.

Age: How old it be
