Ok, some basic info for a future Pathfinder game using some cross game content. First, pick a race. Any non-traditional monster race out of the Pathfinder Beastery, with combat rating 5 or below. You will all be starting at effective lvl 6. You can pick a race with a 6 as long as it had racial HD and you give me a damn good reason. Don't worry about normal or base alignments for the race, just pick one. After you get all the choices done, I will work with you on your stat block. Notes: you can pick a non-intelligent race ie: gelatinous cube, but you will end up with an intelligence so something else will suffer. Same goes for a golem without a con score. If you pick something that doesn't move much, like a mimic, then you better hope someone is willing to carry you or have some other mode of transport ready. Second, pick an alignment and a deity. I would prefer non-evil, but any alignment can be justified. Next, pick a deity. You can use any pantheon from any game, or even human history, you can even make one up if you like, but that will make more work on your end. If you pick a non-game deity, make sure you give me some idea what you think its alignment would be and why. Third, after you have your class and deity, tell me why you worship that one instead of anything else. The farther your alignment and your deity's alignment are from each other the better the reason must be. And I want details. This is the most important step! Somewhere in there get a class idea, if you want to make up a class, I can work with you on that too. Overall, I have no idea when I'm going to do this, so don't plan on anytime soon, it's just a work in progress. Any questions let me know, I'll have a section put up once I remember how to add it. Edit: Any class from a 3.5 book should be fine too, although it'll probably need some tweaking. |
